This is my 2nd year as Mountain House High Boys Varsity Coach and I'm happy to announce the Thanksgiving Gobble Gobble Boys Basketball Tournament at Mountain House High School during Thanksgiving week 11/21 - 11/23/22 for Varsity & JV and Frosh levels.

Looking for D2-D3 schools unless we have enough D1 talented teams to encompass one bracket. We'll assign brackets based on parity so games are as competitive as possible. After Wednesday 11/23, enjoy your Thanksgiving Day and weekend with family!

-3 Games per team
-1st Place Awards
-1st & 2nd team all-tourney recognition
-The ever important coaches/referees hospitality room
-Concessions for spectators in the lobby area between the two gyms in the same building

Cost
-$350 for one team, $650 for 2 teams, $950 for 3 teams
-All checks written out to Mountain House High Boys Basketball

Hello coaches,

Mountain House High Girls Basketball will be hosting a Tourney 11/22 - 11/24/21 during Thanksgiving week. 3 games guarantee. Cost is $300 per team, $250 per squad if you commit more than one level, Varsity / JV / Frosh-Soph. Looking for D2-D3-D4 squads.

The brackets will be ideally 8 teams per level. As anyone knows who organizes tourneys, final commitments will determine how the brackets play out. We'll have 2 gyms running separated by a lobby with snack bar. Coaches/Referee room away from spectators. 

Mountain House High is in the growing community of Mountain House California, the western most town in San Joaquin County located 5 miles west of Tracy. The first homes were sold in 2003 and we now have over 20,000 residents.  Our high school opened in 2014 and enrollment has our school at the D3 level.

Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well in these historic and unprecented times. 

I'm happy to announce Mountain House High School will be hosting a Varsity/JV Girls tournament December 10-12, 2020 and are looking for D3 / D4 schools to participate. 

The registration cost is $300 for one team, or $275 per team if you enter both your Varsity/JV teams. We'll be running games in the small and large gyms which are close enough for parents to go back and forth to check out games in both gyms. This will be our 3rd consecutive year running our tournament.

I've been coaching here since 2014 and can attest to the school's modern facilities. Each game in the Main Gym will be videotaped by the in-house camera which I can send to each school through HUDL. We plan to go full out this year with food, coach/referee hospitality room, and most importantly a safe and healthy family environment. My 2020-21 parents are expected to be an enthusiastic bunch and we'll do everything we can to ensure your team's visit is a positive one.

As we all know, our world has changed. It's unknown whether we will even have games. But if we do, Mountain House High has a footprint that maximizes social distancing with a modern feel to our facilities. Many people compare us to a college campus atmosphere. We are located next to our neighbors in Tracy as the most western town in San Joaquin County off Interstate 205.

Mountain House High Girls basketball has room for D3/D4 schools in our 3 day tournament December 12-14, 2019.  The tourney bracket will have 8 JV and 8 Varsity teams.

Registration Cost
$325 - for one team
$300 - per team for schools that bring a JV & Varsity team

Mountain House High has been open since 2014 and has excellent facilities. Varsity will play in the main gym and JV in the small gym. Both gyms feel like new!
