Dear Coach,
It is our pleasure to extend an invitation to compete in the 2017 Men’s Varsity Soccer
Tournament.
This is our 1st annual Men’s Varsity Soccer Tournament, to be held December 8-9, 2017. We
will feature 8 total teams.
Attached you will find the Men’s Varsity Soccer Tournament Participation Contract, which will
require signatures stating you’ve read the contract terms and have approval to add these dates
to your upcoming seasons’ schedule.
In agreement, we are asking you to sign and return the following contract, keeping one copy for
yourself. All specific tournament related information will be distributed out in the fall.
Upon signature, please return this via e-mail or fax no later than October 1, 2017 in order to
secure your participation. Submitting your contract now allows us to solidify your spot. Any
outstanding contracts received beyond that will be honored on a first come – first serve basis.
All teams will play 4 matches. Matches are 35 minute halves with a 5 minute half time. There
will be awards for top three finishers.
