St. Francis Catholic High School is accepting resumes for a Varsity Golf Assistant Coach.

*Three references
*Answers to the following three questions:
Please describe your coaching philosophy, and how it would complement and promote the mission of St. Francis Catholic High School.
How do you interpret the CIF Motto of “Pursuing Victory with Honor” and in what specific ways do you incorporate this principle into your coaching?
What is your understanding of the development of a student-athlete as she progresses through the program from freshman to senior year and how will you work with other coaches within the program to guide that process?
