We have one spot remaining for our 8-team scrimmage, on the turf at Chuck Hughes Stadium. Our scrimmage is well-organized and has teams from four different leagues.
Varsity 7pm on 8/11
JV 9am on 8/12
Frosh-Soph 11am on 8/12

We are looking for one more team to join our scrimmage.
Varsity Friday August 11 at 7pm
JV Saturday Aug 12 at 9am, Frosh/Soph at 11am.
Confirmed so far are Downey, Sonora, Pacheco, and Central Valley. We have at least one other school likely to attend, but can easily make this a 6-8 team scrimmage. Our event is highly organized, on the stadium turf, full snackbar, great sportsmanship, volunteer refs, etc. If interested, text Coach Plaa @ 209-613-5955.

Downey football in Modesto hosts a Tuesday night passing league in June. We've been doing this for 10+ years now and its highly structured and organized.
We have a turf field and can host multiple teams every week. We also can accommodate JV teams on the grass fields next to the stadium at the same time. If there is interest, we can host Big Man events too.
Dates are June 7, 14, 21 and 28 and always start at 6pm. Our stadium cools off nicely after that, even on hot days. The passing league is free and most nights we still have one or two open spots. Email Coach Plaa at plaa.j@monet.k12.ca.us if you are interested in attending.

Looking for 1-2 more quality football programs to join our annual scrimmage at Thomas Downey High School.
Participating teams include Downey, Sonora, Central Valley, East Union, Enochs, and Beyer.
Varsity goes at 7pm on Friday night August 12th. JV goes Saturday August 13th at 9am and Frosh-Soph at 11am.
